You can ask us at any time to delete the personal data we hold about you, including any data received through Facebook or Instagram.

How to request deletion

1. Write to info@theproductisthehero.com with the subject data deletion, from the email address you used with us (or tell us your Instagram or Facebook name).
2. We confirm we have received your request and delete your data within 30 days. We let you know by email when it is done.

Some records must be kept by law, such as invoices for completed orders, for the period set by Portuguese law. We keep only what the law requires and nothing else.

If you connected with us through Facebook or Instagram, you can also remove our access at any time in your Facebook settings, under Apps and websites.
